Sweetest little 1960s top in deep rich blue crushed velvet with beautiful floral ribbon trim in blue and green. I suspect this was a maxi dress that was altered at some point in its life to become this darling blouse. Has an empire waist with a bow front and center in apple green satin that hangs far below the bottom hem ( it's this and the different stitching in the bottom hem that makes me think it was a maxi before). Long bishop sleeves with snaps at the wrist and a zipper up the back. Mock turtleneck.

Excellent vintage condition. One armpit has a small tear in the seam and there's another near the bottom hem as well. Priced accordingly.
